I as of late finished a comparable venture. I found an impeccable JS based supervisor that was anything but difficult to execute and best of all, free. There might be something better out there yet I genuinely question it will be free. The best one which you can redistribute as I would like to think (shockingly better then WordPress who obiter designed their WYSIWYG editorial manager themselves) is You can see its very nice. I do believe Joomla used it in their CMS.
