Cool service, seems like it must be a nightmare making sure troublesome people don't put in things like dmoz, while still not imposing any strict limits.

Having very large sites submitted for testing doesn't strictly impact negatively any other tests that might be running.

Tests run in parallel, one very large site won't block the progress of others but it will marginally slow all other tests down until complete.
